Prof.Dr. El-Sayed EL-kady, the university president asserts that the best way to put an end to unemployment problem is to build small and medium enterprises, encourage the youth to be creative and adopt their projects. 
This statement concurs with the entrepreneurship forum in the presence of prof.Dr. Ablaa Abd-El-Latif, the presidential chancellor of the economic affairs, prof.Dr. Gamal Ismail, the vice president of community service and environment development, Mr. Khalid Youssef, the people assembly representative and Mr. Ahmed EL-EL-Alfy the entrepreneurship expert. 

The deans' board at the university approved on Prof.Dr. El-Sayed EL-kady, the university president's bulletin to honor some creative students who obtained the first place in Robots international contest which took place in the Zewail University. There are (48) team who participated in this contest. The board also approved to honor the students of the faculty of enegineering team who obtained the second place in the technological innovation realm. There are 43 Arab universities who participated in this competition. The board decided that the Bronze-medal winning team in the ACM contest should be honored. The winners are qualified to the international programming contest which took place in the United States annually in Texas. The honoring ceremony was held in the presence of prof.Dr.Gamal Ismail, the vice president of community service and environment development and several university presidents' chancellors. 

Prof. Dr. El-Sayed EL-Kady, the university president decides to hold a monthly cultural saloon in Benha University. The university president urges the student activities officials to ask students about the cultural figures they nominee to be in this saloon that will be held at the conferences hall. Such saloons aim at maintaining the link with the students to know their opinions of what is happening in Egypt in different apparatuses.
