“The Unit is committed to coordinating with and providing technical support to the faculty’s departments and institutions, as well as Benha University, to enhance capacities and skills in the field of strategic planning, performance monitoring, and evaluation. It also seeks to ensure the effective implementation and continuous improvement of the faculty’s strategic and operational plans through a comprehensive analysis of its internal and external environments.”
