He issues a decree to appoint Dr. Faten Shafik Mohamed, the professor of the faculty of nursing as the faculty's deputy of the community service and environment development in addition to appointing Dr. Ahmed Soliman Abdel Fattah, the professor in the faculty of medicine as the head of the otolaryngology department in the faculty.
