Benha University participates in the 14th round of the international forum of higher education (EduGate) that will last to 29th of February in one of Cairo greatest hotels. This forum is conducted under the auspices of prof.Dr. Ayman Ashour, the minister of higher education in the presence of governmental, national, international and private universities. Prof.Dr. Nasser EL-Gizaway inspects the university pavilion with prof. Dr. Amr Ezzat Salama, the secretary-general of Arab Universities Union, prof.Dr. Ali Shams EL-Din, the head of EduGate and the former president of Benha University, and Ms. Herro Mustafa Garg, the American ambassador in Cairo. The forum is highly attended by many students to get to know the newest academic programs of the Universities around the world.

Prof.Dr.Gamal Sosa , Benha University President participated in activities of the second edition of Global Forum for Higher Education and Scientific Research which entitled “ Future Vision “ and lasts until 10122021. It is worth mentioning that the Forum has been held at Administrative Capital in presence of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, President of the Republic, Dr. Mostafa Madbouly, Prime Minister, Dr. Khaled Abdel Ghaffar, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, a group of ministers, and participation of several countries in the Islamic world, as well as several prestigious universities. On the other hand, Prof. Gamal Sosa, Benha University President has inspected Benha University pavilion at the Forum, and he was accompanied by Dr. Tamer Samir, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, and several professors. Benha University president said that the activities of the Global Forum for Higher Education and Scientific Research in its second edition this year deal with several themes, the most important of which are the future of work, preparing and qualifying students and young researchers for future jobs, the needs of local and international labor markets in light of the repercussions of the Corona pandemic.

Prof.Dr. Muhammad E-Nashar, the former minister of higher education asserts that the philosophy of education in the Egyptian Universities should be changed form education into learning and we have to use the modern technology. This statement concurs with the forum entitled “toward an electronic University” which was organized by the university and the information and decision making center in the Egyptian cabinet. The forum was attended by Eng/ Hossam EL-Gamal, the head of the information and decision making center in the Egyptian cabinet, prof.Dr. Kamal Shawarim, the general secretary of the presidential specialized councils, prof.Dr. Muhammad El-Nashar, the former minister of higher education, prof.Dr. Mervat El-Deeb, the coordinator of the Egypt’s scientists council, prof.Dr. Gamal Ismail, the vice president of the community service and environment development, the faculties’ members and the students.

Prof.Dr.ElSayed Yusuf El Kady, the President of Benha University received Prof.Dr. Ashraf Al-Shehhi - Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research who visited Benha University in 26\9\2016 to launch "We Love Egypt Initiative" from faculty of Arts then, they held open meeting with students to discuss several topics with them,in addition to visiting faculty of Nursing and Education to inspect the educational process.

The pavilion of Benha University in the International Exhibition on Higher Education 2016 in Oman has attracted a large number of students to ask about education programs in the Egyptian universities.
In the same context, Prof. Dr. Gamal Ismail, the University Vice-president for Community Service and environment Development Affairs said the pavilion has attracted a large number of participants from various Arab countries to review and discuss the various education programs in Benha University indicating that more than 200 Arab and international universities and faculties participated in the Exhibition.
