In accordance with 6th of October celebrations, the university hosts, under the auspices of prof.Dr. Gamal Sosa, BU president, rear staff admiral/ Khalid Zahran, the former chairman of the board in the Egyptian authority of maritime safety, the former chairman of the board in the general authority for red sea ports and the former counselor of the transportation minister, who delivers a speech about the role of the naval fleet between theory and application. He was hosted by prof.Dr. Nasser EL-Gizaway, the vice president of post-graduate studies and scientific research and prof.Dr. Tamer Samir, the vice president of students and educational affairs in the presence of prof.Dr. Khalid Esawi, the general coordinator of the students' activities in the University.

BU announces that the application period for the position of the executive manager of the international relations office and scholars care has been extended. The office aims at reinforcing the ways of the international cooperation in the fields of higher education and scientific research between Benha University and the international Universities in addition to activating the scientific and practical roles of the Universities. It also aims to reinforce the international links that levels up the students and the faculties' members in the University.
