Prof.Dr. Gamal Sosa, BU president and Prof.Dr. Ahmed EL-Kasad, the president of EL-Minofya University sign a cooperation protocol between the faculties of education in Benha and EL-Minofya Universities with regard to students exchange and mutual cooperation. This is done in the presence of Prof.Dr. Tamer Samir, THE vice president of students and educational affairs, Prof.Dr. Tayia Abdel EL-Latif, the chancellor of the minister of higher education for students’ activities, Prof.Dr. Mohamed Ibrahim, the dean of the faculty of specific education, Prof.Dr. Mohamed Zidan/ Benha, the dean of the faculty of specific education/ EL-Minofya, Prof.Dr. Ghada Shaker, the vice dean of the faculty of specific education for students and educational affairs (Benha) and Prof.Dr. Hayam Mustafa, the vice dean of the faculty of specific education for students and educational affairs (El-Minofya).

Prof.Dr. Gamal Sosa, the university president hosts Prof.Dr. Anesthesia Mina, the vice president of Saint Petersburg University in order to discuss the bilateral cooperation between the two sides in the fields of education, scientific research, students exchange and the faculties' members' scholarships. This is done in the presence of Prof.Dr. Nasser EL-Gizaway, the vice president of post-graduate studies and scientific research, prof.Dr. Tamer Samir, the vice president of educational and students affairs, prof.Dr. Ayman EL-Shehaby, the dean of the faculty of engineering/ Shubra, prof.Dr. Abdel Momean Shams EL-Kornfoly, the dean of the faculty of applied arts and prof.Dr. Mahran el-Nagar, the head of international relationships office in Benha University.

In accordance with the university president's endeavor to support the entrepreneurship initiatives to boost the sector of small and medium sized enterprises  as they are considered one of the main pillars of the achievement of sustainable development as per the strategy 2030 to reinforce the young projects, Prof.Dr. Mahmoud Eraqi, the supervisor of the environment service sector and Prof.Dr. Hanaa Garis, the chairman of the board of enroot company sign a cooperation agreement in the presence of prof.Dr. Hany EL-Salamony, the member of the board, Ms. Rania Motaaz, the assistant-secretary of the community service and environment development, Ms. Rana EL-Tanbadaway, the project manager in Enroot Company, Mr. Ahmed Amin, the projects manager in Enroot Company and Mr. Abdel Rahaman Khalid, the project manager in the Company.

Prof.Dr.Gamal Sosa, Benha University President and Ambassador Alaa Hegazy, the Assistant of Foreign Affairs Minister for the Diplomatic, Consular and Inspection Corps have signed a cooperation protocol between Benha University and Ministry of Foreign Affairs in presence of the Ambassador Sameh Shoukry , Minister of Foreign Affairs. It is worth mentioning that the protocol aims to strengthen bonds of cooperation between Benha University and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the fields of information technology and digital transformation. Prof. Dr.Gamal Sosa expressed his happiness after signing this protocol, which was initiated by Benha University, as an affirmation of its keenness to achieve the objectives of Egypt's Vision 2030 to have an economy based on innovation and knowledge. He also added that this initiative reflects the full understanding and awareness of both institutions about importance of the latest developments of information technology and their ability to use them optimally to meet their needs. On the other hand, the signed protocol was attended by Dr. Islam El-Shaarawy, the Chief Information Officer (CIO) at Benha University, and Dr. Shady Yahia El-Mashad , the Deputy of Chief Information Officer at Benha University.

Prof.Dr. EL-Sayed EL-Kady, the university president says that there is a Cooperation protocol between Benha University and Egypt Fund in the Geometrical and scientific counseling in addition to scientific research. The cooperation protocol is signed in the presence of general / Amr Abd El-Moniem, the Qulubia Governor. The university president says that he meets with prof.Dr. Abd EL-Moneim Badawy, the chancellor of the united Arab Bank stressing that signing the protocol comes as a reward for the success and the fruitful participation of the faculty of engineering /Shubra regarding the geometrical supervision on the “Tahia Misr” City to put an end to the squatter areas. This city is one of the big projects that are established under the auspices of the president of Egypt /Abd El-Fattah El-Sisi.

The protocol sets forth that curriculums should be classified into two parts: the parts that will be taught using the French language and the parts that will be taught using Arabic language. Prof. Dr. El-Sayed Fouda, the dean of the faculty of law indicates that this protocol will be put into action in Mars, 2017 when the president of the University of Rennes meets the president of the University of Benha to initiate the academic year 2017/2018.
