The British Company “Quacquarelli Symonds” has announced its World University Rankings 2015 in Dubai on Wednesday, 10/06/2015 in the presence of Prof. Dr. Hesham Abu El Enin, the University Vice-president for Postgraduate Studies and Researches' Affairs and the Head of the High Committee for World University Rankings. The QS has classified Benha University within the top 100 Arab universities.
Prof. Dr. Hesham Abu El Enin said that achievement has been realized by the continuous support of Prof. Dr. Ali Shams El Din, the University President and the University Vice-presidents in addition to the participation of the High Committee for World University Rankings.

Benha University has participated in a workshop that has been held by the Ministry of Higher Education to put its strategy plan 2015/2030 in the duration from 14/06 to 15/06/2015. It is worth mentioning that the University has been represented by: 
- Prof. Dr. Abdel Rahim Shulah, the Advisor to the University President for Improvement and Qualifying for Accreditation and the CEO of the University PMU,
- Prof. Dr. Ibrahim El Gendy, the Manager of the Strategy Planning Unit

Prof. Dr. El Sayed Abdel Khalek, the Minister of Higher Education said that the Ministry is going to create the first system for the electronic linking between the university hospitals inside the same university and universities in the neighboring governorates aiming to coordinate between all university medical institutions to provide better service to the patient.
