Benha University's council is held under the presidency of prof.Dr. Gamal EL-Saeid, the University president and in the presence of the vice presidents of the educational and students affairs, the post-graduate studies and environment and community service respectively in addition to the general secretary of the University, the faculties' deans and the faculties' members.

The research/ Dalia Hamdy Farouk, the post-graduate student at the faculty of engineering has conducted a study about the assessment and the usage of the underground water at EL-Beda valley in EL-Ein EL-Shohkna. Prof.Dr. Nasser EL-Gizaway, the vice president of post-graduate student has said that this study comes in accordance with Egypt vision 2030 to perfectly use the underground water.
