Prof. Dr .Ashraf Hatem, the secretary of the supreme council of the Universities indicated that the competence tests of the facilities will be held after a week of the secondary school exams. He adds, in his interview with el Shrouk newspaper, that postponing the exams have nothing to do with holding these tests.
