Dr. Khaled Abdel Ghaffar, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, issued ministerial decree to appoint Dr. Mohamed Ibrahim as the dean for Faculty of Specific Education.
On the other hand, Prof. Dr. Gamal Soussa, Benha University President congratulated Dr. Mohamed Ibrahim for that new position and hoped for him great success.
