The students’ union elections results in the winning of Mr. Muhammad Zaki EL-Rabat at the faculty of applied arts as the head of the students’ union in addition to the winning of Mr. Abd EL-Rahman Muhammad Hamdy as a vice –secretary of the students’ union. Mr. Muhammad Mahmoud Saied Ghanem becomes the head of the cultural division across Benha University.

       Dr \ Gamal El Saeed, Benha University President and Prof.Dr\ Hussein El Maghraby, the University Vice-president for Education and Students' Affairs received the new students at El Obour Branch . The University president congratulated the new students on the occasion of the new academic year and hoped for them best wishes and he assured on the must to use and benefit from the students efforts and various activities and motivated students to do their best to serve their community and country. The Meeting was held in presence of Dr\ Karim El Dalsh , the Academic Manager of El Obour branch.                 

Dr\Gamal El Saeed , Benha University President sent a message to President \Abd El Fattah El Sisy , Egypt's President to congratulate him on the occasion of 10^th of October's Victory No.46 and hoped for him best wishes and great success and for all the Egyptian people with peace and prosperity .             

       Dr \ Gamal El Saeed , Benha University President issued a new decree to appoint Dr\ Mahammed Mokhattar Mahammed as the deputy of Education and Students Affairs at Faculty of Science  , Dr\ Mona Mahmoud Zaza was appointed as the deputy of Community Service and Environment Affairs at Faculty of Education , Dr\ Ahmed El Maghawry was appointed as the deputy of Education and Students Affairs at Faculty of Physical Education, Khalid Saeed Ibrahim was appointed as the deputy of Community services and Environment Affairs at Faculty of Physical Education and Dr\ Mustafa El Gahrib was appointed as the acting deputy of Post Graduate Studies at faculty of Arts  .El Saeed hopes for them best wishes and great success at their new positions.

        A workshop about how to use the Egyptian Knowledge Bank will be held in the period from 27-28\10\2019 at Faculty of Commerce, the Conferences hall at 10:00am.The workshop will be held under auspices of Dr\ Gamal El Saeed , Benha University President in the frame of cooperation between Benha University and the Digital Library Unit at the Supreme Council of Universities .The workshop aims to raise the level of benefits from the available information at the  Egyptian Knowledge Bank.

Prof.Dr\ Khalid Abd El Ghaffar , minister of High Education and Scientific Research issued a new decree to appoint four general managers at Benha University as following ; Mahammed Sayed Mahammed as the secretary of Faculty of Law for one year , Soliman Ahmed Soliman as the General manager for Planning at the University for one year , Soliman Abdu Abd El Naby as the General manager for Education Affairs at the University and Ayman Bayoumy Mahammad as the general manager of purchases and stores for one year.                                                                                                         

    Dr\ Gamal El Saeed , Benha University President received Dr\ Nasser El Shimy , Professor of Geometrics at University of Calegary Alberta in Canada. The meeting was held in presence of Prof.Dr\ Nasser El Gezawy , the Supervisor on Cultural and International relations at The University , Dr \ Karim El Dalsah , the Academic Manager of El Obour Branch and Dr\ Amr Hanfy . El Saeed assured that Benha University seeks to keep in touch with Egyptian scientists at foreign Universities to benefit from their great experience at all fields and that is among the University vision to be opened on all the world Universities. El Saeed also mentioned that the meeting with Dr\ Nasser El Shimy comes according to the submitted nomination for him to work as a visitor professor at Survey Department at faculty of Engineering.

         Dr\ Gamal El Saeed, Benha University President announced that Benha University has achieved a new achievement at the World University Rankings to be among the best 500 University on the World according to the Times Ranking 2020.   Prof.Dr\ Gamal El Saeed congratulated all the staff, employees and workers on the occasion of the new achievement and hopes more achievements and progress on the local and universal level. El Saeed also said that the new achievement is according to the new strategy of Benha University to improve its researches and researchers abilities.

The center of industry development and the British council announces that there is a contest for logo-design of creative Egypt fair and the deadline for applying to this contest is 9-10-2019.
