Prof.Dr. El-Sayed EL-kady, the University president accompanied by prof.Dr. Gamal Ismail, the vice president of community service and environment development, the faculties' deans and the secretary of the university, student unions members lay wreath on the memorial of the army's martyrs and the tomb of late president/ Muhammad Anwar EL-Sadat in “Madinat-Nasr” for what they did for the sake of the country. 
The university president stresses that the all organizations of the state appreciate the role of the armed forces in the different sectors in addition to its role in establishing national big projects.        Prof.Dr. Mahmoud El-Eraqi, the dean of the faculty of agriculture in Moshtohor states that the faculty organizes a workshop about the Egyptian Knowledge Bank on Wednesday, 23-11-2016. This workshop is held under the auspices of prof.Dr. El-Sayed EL-kady, the university president, prof.Dr.Hesham Abu-El-Enin, the vice president of post-graduate studies and research. 
The workshop is important because the university seeks to enhance the abilities of researchers, the staff members and the students. 

The University council approves that there is a cooperation protocol between Benha University and Rennes University. Prof. Dr. El-Sayed Fouda, the dean of the faculty of law at Benha University signs the protocol with Prof. Dr. Julian budu, the dean of the faculty of law at the University of Rennes during his visit to France. The protocol sets forth that curriculums should be classified into two parts: the parts that will be taught using the French language and the parts that will be taught using Arabic language. Prof. Dr. El-Sayed Fouda, the dean of the faculty of law indicates that this protocol will be put into action in Mars, 2017 when the president of the University of Rennes meets the president of the University of Benha to initiate the academic year 2017/2018.
